Contest Brief

My name is Andrew. I’m from Michigan, USA. I own a 6,800 square foot building in a small urban center called Jackson, Michigan USA. I would like to convert the building into either 9 street-level townhouse homes or 6 retail or office spaces. It is also OK if some spaces are retail or office, and some spaces are townhouses, but the street-facing façade for all units should be complementary. I will provide more details in other documents.

Because there are several excellent candidates, I will use a contest format to find the right freelancer. Using the images I provide, please provide up to $100 of your work on my project to convince me you are the right person for the job. If you are chosen, you are guaranteed to get the money.

Normally it works best when a building uses the ground floor for commercial aspects, and upper floors for residential apartments. But I guess you will not build any extra floor, and I have to Design this single floor building as it is?
