IMPORTANT NOTE
Please use the existing building design I have as I cannot change the building. ONLY the exterior - COLOR, texture design etc.

We are seeking an experienced and highly talented exterior redesign architect to create a visually striking and iconic redesign for an EXISTING luxury hotel building (see attached) Google Maps link.

WE ARE NOT CHANGING THE BUILDING DESIGN - WE ONLY NEED YOU TO CHANGE THE FACING / THE SKIN.

For Inspiration ONLY - please refer to the Louis Vuitton building (only as EXAMPLE) or a designer's building, with a focus on luxury, elegance, and modernity.

There is NO COLOR or texture preference. Just a powerful, iconic design.
We WILL BE using 3D printing TO CHANGE THE SKIN OF THE existing building.

Project:

Create conceptual designs and 3D renderings of the proposed redesign
Stay current with industry trends and technologies to ensure the redesign is innovative and cutting-edge

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on exterior redesign

If you are passionate about design and have the skills and experience we are looking for, we encourage you to submit your design.
