Contest Brief

I need help to create a complete barndominium design plan for my website. The size of the project is medium, between 1,000 and 2,000 sqft. I have some ideas that I would like incorporated into the design but I am also open to suggestions from the designer. I prefer to have metal as the material used in the design.

A successful barndominium building plan should provide great aesthetic and functionality, while also making sure that it is financially and structurally feasible. Considerations for the design should include features such as how many bedrooms, bathrooms, architectural details, and other special needs that will meet the expectations of my clientele. You must be able to provide a cost estimate, along with the reasoning behind any changes or modifications. Safety and sustainability are of the utmost importance, so make sure that you can successfully explain any risks that might be associated with the project.

Ultimately, I am looking for a partner that will have an organized and professional approach to plan design and be able to provide a clear strategy for the project's success. Your vision and experience will be essential to creating the perfect barndominium for my website.

I have a site, barndoplans.com that have several of our designs. The ones submitted should include the interiour layouts and elevations.
