Contest Brief

Attaching few pictures of the site . I need someone who can suggest some great ideas for constructing a house in the land of 1729 sqft. Requirement is 2.5 - 3 BHK , where possibility of dividing the plot in two in future and one being sold needs to consider. I am open to experiment with the design, and ready to go lengths for a something different. Need something contemporary. Need something which gives vibe of elegance and clamness.
Let's discuss further once I like your concepts. I just need few rough ones, doesn't need to be detailed. If I would like it, I will hire according as per your justified rates.

  This plot doesn't need to have any setback compliant but if the architecture of it needs it, then so !!
  I am totally comfortable going G +X , bht will be needing 1B in the ground floor for mom and dad !

  Hi Italo, thanks for showing interest. Pls make sure it's a really rough plan. As the price is low, if I liked the concept, then only I will Increase the offering to your justified rates.
  The main motive behind this is to design something ( a single home layout ) within the given layout which could be seperated into two units ( like the layout attached in the project, the second unit will be sold later )

  Dear contest holder I appreciate your details. Unfortunately your request (also if very rough) has a prize of about 7.5€ which paid Freelancer and Taxes it is about 3 €. Considering that I'm in money loss if I work under 35€/h with 7.5€ I con work on it about 12 minutes... Thanks again for your reply.
