New Coin Slab

Contest Brief

I am looking for someone to come up with a custom design of a coin slab to store precious coins. It needs to have a compartment for the coin that will hold coins that will vary in size and a internal compartment to house a small piece of paper for passwords and the like if needed that cannot be seen without opening the case.

I would also like to have it made using good materials like the picture i have attached. But i don't want the design to cost too much to make (looking at <$10 per slab to make) Would like it to be water proof if possible.

It would be good to be able to make it Tamper-Evident once they have placed the coin inside.
