In breve realizzo modelli tridimensionali di interni ed esterni sia di edifici, stanze, oggetti o quant'altro possa essere riprodotto digitalmente che successivamente renderizzo a immagini di alta qualità, per assicurare l'aspetto realistico del soggetto (in allegato qualche esempio). L'obbiettivo principale del mio lavoro è quello di dare al cliente la consapevolezza di come le sue idee e/o le scelte di un tecnico si concretizzeranno nella realtà, quindi dare un'anteprima della realtà a lavoro finito. Il valore aggiunto del mio servizio per un'agenzia immobiliare risiede nell'assistere il cliente nell'acquisire piena comprensione delle potenzialità di un appartamento. In particolare la procedura e le fasi che mi competono sono: costruzione del modello 3D a partire da disegni e planimetrie 2D, schizzi e bozze, o in alternativa impiego di modelli 3D precedentemente realizzati; costruzione della scena e dei dettagli a contorno; inserimento di eventuale paesaggio e contesto; texturing e mappatura dei materiali nella mesh tridimensionale; posizionamento delle luci e dell'illuminazione ambientale; Render della scena in formati a scelta sia in dimensione che qualità; Postprocessing dei risultati. Conosco bene il settore delle costruzioni di infrastrutture e edifici, riesco quindi facilmente ad interfacciarmi con tecnici e professionisti. Il software che utilizzo è compatibile con molti formati generati da altri programmi, per restituzioni 2D (per esempio Autocad o simili) o 3D (per esempio Revit o derivati Acca). less
