What we are looking to do is build an online euchre website (the popular four player card game). This site would run almost like the popular online poker sites of today, except we would not be able to have the users play for money each hand because a gambling license would be required to do so. Instead we would like to charge members a one time membership fee, and then we would like to be able to hold weekly and/or monthly freeroll tournaments for say, $100, where we would use the membership money for the prize pool. Need someone to create a euchre card game in a java applet. The game must follow the british rules which is 7 up with Jokers. Basically I need some code for the card dealing sequence, must be random so you get different cards, but it must also act as a real deck in the sense that you wont have two 8's of diamonds etc in a game.
