I have a basic filemaker pro database to catalogue/manage archival images, that I developed with very limited skills! I am looking for someone to tweak the database to optimise how it works. Specifically, I need a better solution for including images and documents (.jpg and .pdf) in full, as presently I drop in the first page/image only and then to view subsequent pages/images I manually find the files outside of the database. I want to have a bingo game where the numbers are replaced by songs. So, instead of B1 or O75, there would be five columns by five rows of either song titles or artists if the song. The software would use a music list that I would create, take the information asked for from an ID3 tag and make it appear on a card. The Bingo Cards would be made by the same software and saved as a printable pdf. I have attached an example. The cards would be numbered so that if someone called bingo, I could know instantly if they won the game. The called music is shown on an extended screen display.
