Need a list of things to look in ICD10 for compliance purposes. Would need someone who has previously worked with ICD10 code sets and understand HIPAA regulations. If no prior experience with ICD9 & HIPAA please do not bid Deliverable's as part of this project would be a comprehensive list of items that need to be looked into for validation of the applications - ICD10 I would use the list to validate the applications for ICD10.
