The site is running in Joomla 3.9.10. The PHOP is 7.3.33 when using this PHP two functions don’t work 1. The administrator log in to the backend of the site 2. the Contact form. I would also like the Joomla version updated to the latest so I can run a higher PHP version without compromising the site. The content management is DJ extensions and I first need to find out what Joomla version it will work with.

Forms will be submitted offline / without internet. 2) API to sync data from indexDB into websites database when online. For testing I will submit a form on the website offline, I will check browser indexDB to see if the data is stored.
