Hello, I have a magento site where a product is marked as backordered even though its in stock and will not let me add to cart. We also see a loader constantly on the product and the image is not showing.
Site contains adult content! Our current video player is not functioning properly. Our lead programmer managed to fix it slightly, but there are problems that he could not fix. He recommended finding a different plugin because the current plugin is difficult to work with. Our currnent system version is: Magento 2.4 We would also like you to install this video player plugin to enhance our video player: (we already own the plugin, so we’ll provide you with it). The Webkul video player plugin mostly functions as intended, but it does have some bugs that you’ll need to resolve after installing it. You can check the demo to see its current performance. In a Magento webshop, the from price is shown in the USP blocks (see screenshot). These from prices are manually inserted. Now that the prices can be updated automatically, it would be nice to display the from price automatically in the USP block.

Basically Im running a website that will post youtube videos. Only two things I need it to do and what to change. 1. I want my frontpage to show only Latest videos that I submit on that day for example 3-11-203 . If I posted videos on 3-10-23 it will post the videos of 3-10-23 on the next page with arrows. I just want to be able to basically pick the category of the video and it should auto be on my frontpage for the latest ones. Once the day is over its going to be on the next page because its old and not the latest one. I need a small modification of a Magento module that imports products via XML : 1. To not allow import of a product with an existing SKU, but only to modify the product (this is a function of the module, but apparently the check is not working). We have a cashback discount module installed on our site. However we are unable to assign cashback values manually to a customers account. To explain, we had a typical loyalty reward points system installed which we have deactivated, however we want to assign cashback equivalent to those earnt points and add them to the customers account page. Currently the module has no capability to do this and we are hoping that an SQL expert can take our listing of customer ID and the associated cashback value and insert it into the relevant cashback table so that that value is displayed and is available to spend on the site.

Hi guys. We are running elasticsuit with magento 2.3.6 on our site. Yesterday for some unknown reason all catalog_product indexes were reset and because of that the site isn't showing any products at all. We've already tried reinstalling elasticsuite, deleting all indexes and creating them manually, of course we tried reindexing , upgrading , we even deleted an extension we recently installed to check if that could have caused the error but nothing helped. I'm looking for an elasticsuite expert that can give me a hand with this as I am running out of ideas on what to try to get the site back showing products again. Anyone free to help?
