I have an SDF ( microsoft squal server ) protected file and I need to open and edit the data inside it

I have patially installed Prestashop by using FileZilla to at least upload all of the Web Site and shopping cart information to FileZilla and now need to begin exporting the Shopping Cart to my Web Site. It is at this point thatam experiencing some difficulties. My host is Go Daddy and my merchant account arrangement is via Pay Pal. Go Daddy is being successfully recognized by virtue of the SQUAL setting as the Host. I have an inventory management company in place to co-ordinate the daily updates required at the shopping cart level and they must be able to log on to my cart in order to have access to this facet off my Site. Therefore my Cart must be compatible with their software and prestashop fills this bill. I can't imagine this taking more than a small amount...
