Oulook plugin for classic .asp project

Hello i have an application in classic .asp. i need someone to build me a connection between outlook 2010 and the wesbsite. i need i to be a plug in that will connect to the SQL database. this is what it needs to to: a- it needs to be a plug-in dowloadable from the website b- when downloaded it needs to connect to the SQL database server and instance (each of my clients will have a diferent instance and server so it must be customized) c- it needs to have this functionality, when user right clicks on the email inside outlook it needs to have an option to "send to the system" then to the client record archive of activities and add a few more details right then. it will then be visable as a note on the system (more detials will be provided) d- my .asp system has a calendar with reminders and appoitments setup i want to send these to sync with outlook as well so when something is changed or added on the system to go sycn with outlook. e- test and make sure it works.
