PCI modem install and config for asterisk

Hello all i have a debian system running as webserver i want to install a PCI modem and config it for asterisk so that it will work as an IVR when call comes to the phone line attached to the modem ivr should pick it up and play the menu and depending on user entry transfer the call i have tested the modem to be working on a Windows PC with NCH company's IVM software but i want to do it on linux you have to install and config the whole thing including the driver install(have driver cd) all work will be done over team viewer as this is a production server the max budget is $30 as you just have to make asterisk detect the modem and pick calls on it we will config the rest Thank you
