Software Engineer to PM the construction of Social Networking App

I can't discuss the project at all until a physical NDA is signed. Then I'd like to meet with you, whereupon I'll tell you all about it. Then we can discuss your price (and percentage if you're interested). I'm looking for a creative person with a great deal of technical skill. You need to be able to put a team together and manage it well. We will be working closely together from the day you start until the day you finish. All I can tell you is, it's a social networking app, and with the right team, it will be a game changer. When you bid, please don't give me a price.
