Steven, Sending you extract of the Excel 2010 spreadsheet you want. There are not 1,800 addresses. The full file has 1,518 e-mail addresses (of which 68 appear to be same individuals with 2 or 3 different e-mail addresses). Hello The data isn't complete, some of it isn't complete (i.e doesn't have email addresses). Only 1488 of the 1800 records have the emails. I can write a VBA macro for you that will extract the info Best regards

I have this Excel file already completed, and could deliver it immediately. Also, since I already have the data parsed, it would be a very small matter to sort it however you want or to export it as any other file type.

The excel file is ready! Please, check PM for a sample of the final result. Records of the text file are less than 1800 because many numbers are missing (for example 17, 19, 27, 32, ...) Records Final 1593 Records without email: 108 There are also test-records (ie: lastname = asdfasd) and some records are duplicated, but with a simple alphabetical order you can find all the names and emails doubles.
