List items from a TeraPeak.com ebay user to eBay under my user name - Top 500

Project Overview: 1. I want to list 500 items on eBay onto my existing account. 2. Items will come from another users information obtained on www.terapeak.com. I will provide the other ebay user's name. You will select this user, select past 90 day sales, and select top selling items by Bids (right column). If you are not familiar with Tearapeak they have a 7 day free trial. 3. I want the same listing information, ebay categories, pictures, etc from the users account. I want the pricing lowered by .03 on each item from it's current listing price on eBay. Items from list must also be a current listing from the user on eBay. Not all items on 90 day past sales list will be a current listing due to low inventory levels etc. 4. I will provide my ebay preferences etc. 5. I will proof the list before submitting it. I must ensure I have inventory for the items listed from my dropshiper. 6. Want list completed within 7-10 days. The earlier, the better. There will be additional work to follow. I will be listing 9,000 - 14,000 items in March on eBay.
