Hi Quality Flashi Animation Project for TV broadcast

High Quality with HD Broadcast final product Flash-based animation for 6-minute / 20 episode cartoon needed. 720x480, 30 FPS. Freelancer is expected to do all character models, backgrounds animatics, animation, including lip-syncing.
