Fantasy Card Game Art and Design

I am creating a Card Game based around the medieval times with Wizards, Dragons, Knights, Archers, watch towers and will need about 65 different artwork and you will have to help design the 4 different backs of the cards, 6 different front face templates and game box. Refer to Magic the Gathering, or Pokemon for rough idea. As of right now, I will be leaving the artwork concept to you, but will still provide guidance along the way. However, all artwork will be of similar style for consistency. We are a small startup group, so we will give a lot of attention to this project. We will credit you for your work to publicize your work too. Work should be completely finished, ready to print. We need the original digital formats jpg, pdf, psd, etc. Each character under its own file name. If created in Illustrator, Photoshop or similar, we will require the original files for all digital or vector created images. All full author's copyrights will be transferred to us for full payment. Right now, this will be the first of many editions and I foresee this being a long term deal perhaps even a full time position. a Bonus of up to 20% of bid amount is set aside for great work. NOTE: This project description is done in good faith and might be missing details that will come up as we work it thru. You're the pro; so, I do not want any surprises either on the work scope or on the budget/payment.
