graphics for mobile and web, creative person(s) wanted

Hi We are searching for a person or a graphics team, that are creative and can think out of the box. We are making apps for mobile and tablet. You as a person should be, * Creative * Can make "Scandinavian design" where less is more. Simple and clean stuff. * Can use a tablet, and draw your own stuff when needed. * Can think "like a woman", i.e. knows what type of design appeals to that segment. * graphics for our newsletter and facebook. * Our design guide will be available. We will submit the below simple project three times and chose three freelancers to do the same job. The best person/team, we will continue to use. Project : 1. Create an icon that would symbolize speech or the spoken word. 2. Create 4-6 help screens for our application. See attached example. thanks,
