I am looking for a children's book illustrator that is specifically talented in capturing aquatic life: fish (goldfish, koi, carp, bluegill) frogs, turtles, cranes, [login to view URL] a colorful, upbeat, humorous approach. The main character will be a young female goldfish (who becomes an older koi fish) the supporting characters are additional aquatic life and two humans (little blonde girl, old Asian man). If you could send a sample image of the main character gold fish and one supporting character for review, that would be extremely helpful. Crafting of the book will begin in earnest at the start of the new-year, but a sample story-board can be sent earlier for your review. Pay negotiable per-page; current estimation is 10-15 2-side pages (20-30 pages total), but may change as story is edited. Please respond with a sample of your work; goldfish and aquatic life preferred. Please indicate your preferred per-page wage.
