I currently use my cell phone to take incoming and make outgoing calls that are routed through EVoice. I have used several other phone set ups including a Cisco VOIP phone. I can use whatever system that you wish me to use. I have worked in Customer Service and in Technical Support. I use a Mac and a PC. I have 3 monitors and constantly multi-task many different applications including Word, Excel, Photoshop, Outlook and more. I have managed and supervised up to 20 call center agents. I am from Bangladesh. I am told that I have a very calming radio quality voice. I can do this work quickly and efficiently.
