Expert SEO project

READ BEFORE BIDDING: We need an SEO specialist to get 3 specific keywords ranking for our website. The 3 keywords and website will be sent through PM to potential bidders. Requirement 1st page on Google.com. Only WHITE hat SEO. I am looking for a SEO specialist that I may use in long term after this first project, depending on results. Payment to be provided as follows: - 50% milestone after website achieves a ranking in the top 30 of [login to view URL] for the keyword. - 50% when the websites achieves a first page ranking in [login to view URL] for the keyword. No results = no payment. The keywords are healthy cake recipe, healthy banana cake and healthy chocolate frosting. I will REJECT generated bids, please bid the final cost, and INFORM me about your methods AND former clients (results keywords).
