SEO Project Manager

I am looking for a SEO export to work for me as a project manager either part-time or full-time. The project manager will plan and execute SEO related activities for a new e-commerce website. We will hire freelancers on specific tasks such as link building, blog/forum posting, social media promotion, article writing, press release, media bookmarking, video marketing, etc. The project manager will plan and oversee and verify all these activities, but not implement these specific tasks by him/herself. To be more specific, the project manager with create plans on marketing the site, convert the plans into actionable tasks, hire freelancers to work on these tasks, coordinate the tasks between freelancers, verify the results, generate reports.
