SEO Work Pay Per Performance

Our team is looking for professional SEO worker or company to help us grow our website and brand online. We are ONLY interested in Pay Per Performance SEO, which is only paid after some results...My budget for now is $250 monthly, and all will be done through Freelancer.com, don't ask me for some other communication and payment method. Here are the TERMS that my company have: 1. We will deposit 50% of $250 as milestone here($125) 2. Remaining 50% will be released ONLY and ONLY when our keywords reach 1st page of Google. 3. No hidden fees or anything will be added to this, our budget is 250$ for 5-10 keywords of our choice, you will then start SEO work for those keywords and we will pay you only after we reach 1st page of Google, before that we will deposit 50% of our budget so you can be sure that we are serious. 4. Don't contact me and bid if you are not serious or you want to do monthly SEO or something similar, i only want Pay Per Performance SEO, we are looking for long term freelancer, so only someone experienced can work for us. Only bid here if you are interested in this work, and you are capable of bringing 5-10 keywords on 1st page of Google. Keywords will be very low or medium, so i expect in 1-3 months to be on Google, because that website has already seo done there...etc Happy Bidding!
