I need some marketing help with my high traffic website!

Hi Everyone, Im hoping someone could give me some idea's here with a large website that i run?? I currently own and run a website called [login to view URL] this website is a site that offers free downloads of some very exclusive house music podcasts from Artists from all around the world. The site is doing very well in google i.e. google "House Music" or "House Music Podcasts" we are on the first page in either first place or half way down the page. The site itself is getting about 3600 visitors per day and has exceeded 3 million downloads in 3 years :-) Anyway the situation is im not making any money with the site! Well thats a lie im making about £15 per months with Google Adsense but unfortunatley this doesnt cover the cost of the server etc. We have a facebook community fan page which is growing daily, currently we have 4800 fan's. Im looking at ways on how to make money with the site, but im struggling big time and need some advice! What would you guys suggest??? Regards Tom
