Hi Sir, Sorry if I am being upfront but building an App for Android, iPhone, Blackberry & Windows Phones is practically impossible. Building an App for several OS & with features like Social Networking & Chats Rooms requires serious amount of resources & expert approach which in-turn increases time & efficiency.
