Mobile app to efficiently view salesforce.com reports

Our firm recently got set up on Salesforce.com. However, the mobile apps for [login to view URL] are not effective and there is not one app that lets you view the reports in a clean fashion from a mobile device. There are many for dashboards, but dashboards do not contain enough information to be effective in our business. Looking for someone to develop an app that allows us to run a report on our [login to view URL] platform and view it via the iPhone and/or iPad. Ideally, it would be hyperlinked back to the [login to view URL] account (so you could click on the deal name to change aspects of the deal from the report). However, need to understand the cost differential of including that feature. Looking for someone familiar with salesforce.com.
