iPhone App to make camera work with A/V connection - repost 2

Simple project for the right freelancer. I have an audio visual Vuzix device that plugs into my iPhone with the same connection where it charges. When the device is engaged, the vuzix device displays the audio and video content for movies and youtube videos or other audio visual connection, but not the camera. I want to be able to see the camera view from the glasses device. The audio portion doesn't matter. But I would like to be able to view what the camera in the iPhone see's while the A/V connection is plugged in This is for an iPhone 4 or 4S. No milestones, no up front payment. Full payment upon completion.
