This program must be written in C# or C++ using the Visual Studio (2010 or 2012) IDE. The target platform is Windows Server 2008 R2. The program can either be written in native C++ or .NET C#. It must be a command line program, however, the class that does the conversion must be encapsulated so that it can be used in other applications such as a service or another program. Office 2007 is installed on the server. It is permissible to require Office 2010,, and it this is the case the server will be upgraded. There are two approaches that will work. The first is to use the Office automation objects that can be used from within a C++ or C# application. These objects are documented in the Office development documentation. The second approach is to unzip the powerpoint file and manual read the XML files in order to get the data.(add "123" in personal message box once u read description) When the program is done, the word file must look like the original powerpoint file. It will be in landscape mode. It sill contain all layouts. The text MUST be editable as some programs that can be purchased simply convert each powerpoint page to an image and embed in word--this is not acceptable. Once the conversion has been made, the text of the word file must be fully editable. The powerpoint background image must be part of the word document. All powerpoint graphics objects must be part of the word document. I would prefer to have this done in 3-5 days as it is part of a larger project.
