I'm looking for someone to create web app for our website. The concept is that people will be able to make selections from several different categories and then click to see custom photo gallery (created based on their selections). It needs to look professional. I would like the selection process to flow down the page like a root system and every selection needs to have a photo attached. The selection tree information and the photos will be provided. The most important aspect is that all of the photos will have many different tags (we will do the tagging). The selection process will then call up a custom photo gallery based on the relevant tags. The initial database will contain around 300 photos and we need to have the ability to upload and tag new photos ourselves. You can choose the CMS you like.
