Enhance existing responsive Joomla website

We have a website for a small restaurant. It has already been developed with Joomla 2.5.6 platform which needs to visually enhanced and finalized. The target design is elegant, minimal, clean, and professional. You must have experience in Joomla (also BreezingForms), PHP, HTML, CSS3/2, Graphic/UX Design, media quires, and javascript. Mostly interface styling & enhancements need to be done. We do not have a specific direction and open to your creativity. We are looking for someone who has a good eye for design, pays attention to detail, and make their best judgement to improve the aesthetics & functionality of the website. What needs to be done: • Enhance the styling of the responsive portion of the website - Mobile & Tablet layout • Enhance the styling of the user interface • Fix any errors in functionality • Finalize the website - Cross-browser functionality (make website look the same on mainly Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer) The website is fairly small.
