I am looking out for a talented web developer to convert the PSD's to HTML5/CSS3. It will be done using Bootstrap and needs to responsive. There are a total of 7 unique psd's. Few feature that needs to be implemented are: 1) Need to be fully responsive and pixel perfect as PSD. 2) Parallax effect 3) Slider should work in layers. Should use this: [login to view URL] 4) Retina display compatible 5) amazing hover effects and loading effects (need creative approach) My budget is fixed: INR 15,000.
