We have a client's site ([login to view URL]) that the client wishes to have some slight animation completed.
For example, on the following page : [login to view URL] they wish for the cranes wheels to be moving in the direction that the crane is moving.
On the home page they wish for the characters to be blinking, and a few more little things here and there. The site is coded in HTML / CSS and we really need some major assistance on this ASAP.
