Looking for a Programmer / Web Developer - repost

I'm looking for a programmer interested in long term work. We are developing websites and we will be working with HasOffers platform. So previous experience with this is a Plus. Skills required -HTML -CSS -Java -PHP -MySQL We are not looking for a design firm. We want an individual dedicated employee. Looking to start ASAP. I have lots of work that will always need to be done. If you're the type to not get jobs done in time, as quoted - please do not post. I work with a very fast paced, efficient team and I am not going to put up with missed deadlines, etc. I'm the type where if you go out of your way, and get something done above my expectations - you will be compensated for it. I am online 12+ hours a day. I won't screw you around - you don't screw me around. We're both here to make as much as possible.
