Twitter Link Sniper Program

I need a program that is Windows 7 compatible that will: -Follow a specific TWITTER account on [login to view URL], like @nikestore, @finishline -This program must be able to detect this tweet instantly and open the link contained in the tweet. Example: Automatically detect and open a link (product link) tweeted by the account -Add specific product size to the cart. It would be adventageuos if the program was able to finish the check out process with Name, Shipping info, and credit card information supplied within the program. Message me for more info
