Improve loading time of website and build script to create pages from iframe

Hello guys, I need some urgent help with two of my websites - [login to view URL] and scoresland.ru. 1. Websites are loading very slowly. We need it to load under 3 secs. 2. We need to build a script that would scan all the links within the iframe that we are using to display all the scores and data, and create pages on our server. For example, script would scan this page [login to view URL] and create exactly the same page with the same URL (if possible, with a different URL structure that we can create - can be discussed) on our server! It might sound confusing now, but I will be able to explain to those who are interested as much as my knowledge allows. I am not a programmer. Please, let me know if you can help. Thanks.

Are you using GoDaddy as a host? Your page load time is upwards of 20 seconds. This is VERY BAD. I have looked into the issue, and it appears your host is at fault. GoDaddy is infamous for this problem. If you're using them, I suggest you switch to HostGator or similar.
