Mobile version of website PHP booking engine

I am looking for a mobile version of an existing website booking engine. Site is developed in PHP with mysql database. The booking form on the desktop browser version is using Javascript validations so we will need PHP validation on mobile version. The booking page will need to run on mobile devices iPhone, iPad, Android etc. We also want a script that will allow the user to click on the add icon to dashboard of iPhone and iPad etc. Style sheet and layouts already done... forms just need to be coded with PHP (check availability and take booking) then send booking to database (for admin view and email notification generate receipt and admin notification) and make payment via Realex Payment Gateway with success page redirect. All this work in done in PHP and javascript for standard web pages. We just need mobile version forms etc coded PHP.
