Part-Time Developer Knowledge of PHP, HTML, Java, Ajax is a must

We urgently require a software developer with skills in the above areas. The individual will be placed in a position part-time of around 10 hours per week for 3 months if individual has proven themselves they will be offered a full-time position. We do many projects and this indeed is a way of proving yourself. Please only serious bidders please, should be available to start immediately, Wage paid on the last Friday of each month. We do require you to keep records of how many hours you have done however we will let you know the project spec, the amount of hours is should take then you can either accept or reject.
