Php Login System Tags

Okay this is what i need i have a system or a page that i want to be able to transfer the information to a different page when a button is clicked on the primary page it transfers the information to the current page something like an auto update from one page to another . Basically like a Rss feed but is not i repeat is not a Rss feed . It just simply takes the data from one website and transfers the information to my website when they click a button. I have heard of the exact tag but i can not remember what it is called anyways it is really easy let me know if you can do it thanks. Pm me immediately thanks. The budget can not go pass $50 honestly this is just a simple script let me know thanks. Transfer data from say [login to view URL] to my website when they push a button.
