SMS Sender Script. To Send Birthday Wishes

I am seeking someone to develope a site idea that I have in mind. There are plenty of SMS sender scripts out there already that can be used for the main functions of what this site is for. I am wanting to create a free service site where users can register by linking in their facebook account or be registering for the website. The site will work 2 ways. First way: -Users signs up using their facebook account. -Script then pulls in the information from all their facebook friends, if the facebook user has a phone number on their facebook profile, then it will add it in to their contacts list on the web site. It will also gather in the users birthday and attach it to the contacts list as well in the web site. -User set their birthday greeting settings. They will be able to choose a birthday wish from a pre-written one made by admin or user can write their own. User will be able to personalize the greeting as well by using variables to display the persons first name, or first and last name. User will also be able to customize their own greetings. - Once all settings are set and user has their contacts list in, the web site will work off cron jobs to check daily for peoples birthdays. If its someones birthday, then the web site will send out that SMS text message to all birthday people in entire database. Second way will work the same as above, just the user will fill in their contacts list without being able to import from facebook. This is for users who do not have a facebook and do not plan on having one. Main concept of web site is for users to sign up with, create a contacts list for friends and familes, and be able to send out birthday greetings all year round without having to remember each persons birthdays.
