Student Website

I need a log-in based website where Students, Instructors and the system manager would access In General terms this what each user can do: Student account: • Register for a class (in the process they will create a profile with personal info) • Able to see classes currently registered Administrator account: • Add / Update Student profiles (class completion, personal info etc etc) • Add classes • Access reports (for example, Which classes a particular student completed) • Send reminders to students via email Instructor account: • See a roster of participants (people that registered for a particular class) • Check who attended the class, (by doing so the student will be visible to the Administrator) I already have a system in place (which i am using right now) for the student registration which is web based but is very rudimentary, I also have a system that is desktop based where I keep track of the classes and reports also very rudimentary, I can show them to you so you can have a better understanding of what I need and make the process easier when it comes to details, like functionality and fields needed on each particular account
