Hello, I require someone with excellent skills and who can provide me with solid references regarding their work quality, skill level and punctuality of delivery and meeting deadlines. What I do not want is every or any tom, dick or harry bidding for the sake of bidding as it increases my shortlisting work. The candidate MUST have EXCELLENT skills in the languages mentioned above, nothing less will suffice and I have no room for anyone looking to get "practice" or "experience" as you must be able to pass a test I will put forth to ascertain your knowledge level. I AM NOT INTERESTED IN PEOPLE WHO WILL LATTER COMPLAIN THAT THIS IS TOO MUCH WORK, ETC and Do not send me your CVs, your company letters, etc. etc. The only way you get to score points with me is by your skill level, work done and rate Please don't waste my time. I am not interested in how big your company is, people, etc, etc and what a "good" service you can give or to give you a chance. If you have the merit you will be awarded the relationship because I am not offering a project, I am offering a relationship. Expertise in languages and years working in them I am only interested in offers less than $300/ site for New Development and Monthly less than $40/site initially, under the arrangement mentioned above with 200% reliability for both in all aspects than bid/ mention this information which I require. I am not a "money maker" but offer a regular income which will enable you to enhance your work further and I will also get what I require. I will delete all unnecessary bids that are stories and not on the above mentioned guidelines Sites will be dynamic in nature, like classifieds for example: OLX, Virtual Meeting Rooms, etc. I am offering a permanent relationship so if you cannot give the LOWEST rate for development and monthly, than don't bother. I am looking for a wholesale minimum rate for what I am offering and the rates will be fixed. As long as you keep working, delivering on time and don't complain about work, your monthly income will keep increasing as you will be a part of all projects permanently while you will also earn additional on new development.
