PHP/MySQL Script

I need some PHP OR PERL files that i can put in crontab that will do the following: ## File number 1. ## 1. Take 'input' from a DB Table Field, a Name, checking if it was 'already processed' before 2. Solve that name into an uniqueid, using another table. If there's no unique_id, send a customized mail to the user mail (available in the input table) IF he didnt receive such a mail before. Create a flag for it. 3. Insert a record in another table, the unique_id and the number. 4. Upon successful insert, update the input table to flag the name as already processed. ## File number 2 (this one will be called by the user) ## 1. As before, use name to unique_id resolution to get the unique_id of a name. 2. Use the unique_id to get info on that particoular unique_id 3. Check if that name or unique_id is allowed to make a change, by form of 'credits'. You can modify whatever table you want to create and manage 'credits'. 4. Modify certain fields of the resulting row, namely, one row contains [[ITEM1],[ITEM2],[ITEM3]]. Have to parse it and modify it according to rules, IE, only modify if number of items already present are under a certain number. 5. Make it work on user call. Meaning, i'll create a webpage with a list of items and i'll use a form to send the php file the name and the item requested. 6. Send me (not the user) a mail with: Name, UID, Item and a copy of the modified row. ## File number 3, another form handling page. I've got a form for users requesting stuff, i need a php page that will check that the user has enough 'credits' in their account to request a particoular item. If it dosnt, show 'em the error and a link on how to get more credits, if he does, send him a request acceptance email, update his credits, and send me an email with what he wants. ## PayPal Update credits of users based on amount paid/donated, NAME and EMAIL must match. Paypal IPN. ## Control Page Give me a page in which i can enter the name and credits that i want to add, and it will add them, also showing current user credits (all of them), sortable by username and credits. Also, i need to be able to have a form in which to input the name and a number, and it will do exactly like file 1 except, this will be a manual update. In case of a manual update, an eventual previous entry to the destination table must be first removed (its a constraint on the database). PHP / Perl / Apache server working on remote MySQL DB.
