I would like to have a Perl script created to populate a database with the contents of 2 xml feeds and update an existing template page with php code which displays values from the database. The xml feed contains a list of country names and codes and a maximun of 4 nodes each - so they are straightforward xml feeds. On choosing the successful bidder, the feed urls will be provided as well as access to the necessary files/web pages. A quick turn around is required on this.
Bidders should be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the requirement as well as give examples of previous xml conversions. Please do not bid if you are unable to provide examples of your work.
