freeradius install on shared server

I need to install freeradius for use with one of my websites.? The server is centos 5.2 64 bit, mysql, php, apache, and cpanel.? I own the server but it is shared with all of my websites and I need this to work with one of them and maybe others in the future.? I have some billing/invoiceing software that will work with freeradius for provisioning.? Freeradius has been installed with default config but it installs to the /usr directory.? I need to be able to use it from a subdirectory in /home.? I have never used freeradius before and need to get this done quickly so thats why I am here. If anyone has exp with this please bid.? I can provide access to server for setup.? Also require config file with instructions for later installs to other websites.
