Required Vivvo CMS programmer to fix SQL & CPU performance

I need a Vivvo CMS programmer for continuous jobs on an established VIVVO news site. Require someone to handle all future work and maintenance for my portal, for years to come. Prerequisites: Has the ability to finish small jobs requests quickly and as required and be focused in this proyect. MUST have previous experience with Vivvo based extensive knowledge. We want to see previous works in Vivvo. Works with Passion. Has a sense to what grabs the eye and what doesnt. Must be available through chat and Skype sharing to explain what needs to be done live at some times. Must work fast as this is an hourly paid project and will use time tracker. Work Details: Make fix in mySQL database performance, there are problems when a query is active, and not leave the rest go in, and the website is down by this moment. Sometimes as well tables crashes. Have to customize cache like we need (php file). Small tasks related to small functions.
