Binary Options Robot (not a signals bot)

Basically, just a few things put together, I don't think it's too complicated, but I have no idea how to code anyway. 1) Take a look at this site: [login to view URL] They have a trading software and you don't have to move your mouse for it. It chooses an amount and trades. First, the software I want made, I already have rules for how it should execute trades and it's not going to send nor receive trades from anywhere. 2) Here are my requirements for the program: -incorporate RSI from a chart. It doesn't have to display the chart, just the value of RSI of a given chart. (I can provide where you can get the RSI, from a site) -uses a specific list of amounts for executed trades, like how much to trade next given the last trade was won or lost. (I will give these amounts in a list) -The list of amounts should be editable -the trading platform used will be TradeRush -robot's actions should be based on whether or not the last trade was won or not. (except for the first trade of course) -I will explain what it should do when it wins, loses, and what the RSI has to do with the system once I speak to a willing programmer. 3) I don't know how much you want for this, but we can talk about it, and base it on how complicated or simple this will be.
