Looking for email contest /collecting script coder

We are looking for a coder who can code some kind of "email contest script". The idea behind is that it is that contest where everyone can join by confirming their email adress and invite their friends by sharing their own unique URL with their ID. Those friends can join the contest too by confirming their email adress and invite their friends also and so on. The whole script should have a function that counts how many friends got referred by each account. We would also need several social media sharing functions like sharing the link automatically via Facebook Twitter, etc. Please just apply if you have 100% understand what we are looking for. Thanks
