web scraping google suggest keywords

Hi, We need 8 countries for google (.[login to view URL], .com, .[login to view URL] etc) for the google suggest / autocomplete keywords scraping (ie: when you enter 'a' in google and get the list of 10 suggested words). We need the results for each country putting into a CSV and uploading to my ftp. Each country could produce 10 - 20 million keywords in 30 days. I need someone with access to ips / free proxies and also a decent server. You can scrape however you like, as long as i get the results EACH and EVERY month in a CSV for each country. I have done this before and is very simple. Just need someone with good scraping knowledge to handle it etc. Thanks
